Prior to obtaining her licenses in Texas and New Mexico in 2010, she worked for 11 years at the company level as a trainer, underwriter, and operations manager. In between, she worked as a cotton buyer, which increased her knowledge of the cotton industry. Originally raised on a farm and ranch, and married to a former farmer who now owns a well service, she understands all aspects of farming - the crop cycles & the financial risks, as well as the responsibility & work ethic needed to persevere until the job is done.
Erin Cate, who not only has her insurance license, but also an associate's degree in accounting.takes care of bookkeeping for the agency as well as selling insurance.
